We had a blast with this couple last weekend in New York. It was our first visit to Queens and I have to say it was surprisingly cool. We met in Long Island City and enjoyed the spectacular views facing west. After wandering the waterfront, we stumbled upon 5Pointz, the graffiti mecca of New York City. Steve had a field day with the color and vibrancy of this block. I felt like we had to practically drag him to the train to head into Manhattan. We ambled through Central Park soaking up the fall sun and cooler temps. Thanks again Gwynne and Alex for sharing your neighborhood with us, we’ll definitely be back! – S&S
